Custom Orders

Depending on the listing Turn around can take 2-3 weeks.

For bulk/ wholesale/ logo merch an estimated 5-8 weeks turnaround

All custom birthday boxes require a 2 month preorder and paid in full at time of reservation.

Custom orders must be paid in full before purchase of materials

This guarantees I won’t be left with a custom order that I cannot sell.

All customs will have a purchase minimum of $10 taking into consideration the price of fabric, shipping and hand creating.

Customs are non-exchangeable , non-changeable once purchased

Customs are non-refundable

Customer has 12 hours to pay or Pineapp-Bow will cancel the order entirely.
